Since the economic aspect plays an important role in the development of any sector, every person is more interested in the development of the economic sector. The question of economic prosperity is becoming global today. The issue of how economic prosperity can be achieved has become a subject of research and interest everywhere. The Government of Nepal is also adopting the concept of integrated economic development through a three-pillar policy by developing the government, private and cooperative sectors simultaneously in order to create various dimensions for economic prosperity. In this context, the Astha Savings and Loan Cooperative Organization has been established with the active participation of people associated with various sectors in Pokhara and with the intention of establishing a cooperative organization and making it the basis for the progress of various sectors in the future. This organization will continue to advance its activities by adopting the international values ​​and norms of cooperatives. Currently, the office of this organization has been established in Ward No. 1 Bagar (in front of P.N. Campus Gate) of the tourist city of Pokhara. It has been formally registered at the Cooperative Training and Division Office, Kaski, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Government of Nepal, and has started its service from the end of Baisakh 2068 BS. Currently, the team led by a highly capable and efficient manager from the well-equipped office of the organization is providing maximum and high-level services and facilities to the members of the organization.
