It was founded in 2007 and registered in the Office of the Company Registrar, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies, Government of Nepal. It is also registered in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Government of Nepal. The company is a member of the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN).
