Angel foundation is a registered social organization based in Urlabari, Morang nestled in the vibrant and culturally rich Koshi Province of Nepal which was registered in District Administration Office Morang on 12th Chaitra 2079 as well as in Social Welfare Council with registration no. 57834 Since its establishment the foundation has been deeply committed to advancing the well-being of individual and communities through impactful social programs and inclusive healthcare awareness. The organization's ethos is grounded in the belief that the true strength of any nation lies in the health dignity and empowerment of its people.

The foundation was formed out of a necessity to fill the gaps in the basic health education, to respond to overlooked social issues to elevate the standard of care and responsibility within communities.
