Bhujung Hydropower (P.) Ltd is the hydropower development company founded in 2072 Jestha as a private company and Later on 2078 Falgun, it was converted to Public Company. The central office of company is located at Tokha -10, Kathmandu. The company has developed Upper Midim Hydropower Project (UMHPP) , a run-of-river type project with the licensed capacity of 7.5 MW . The project is located in Kwhlosothar Rural Municipality, Lamjung district of Nepal lies in Gandaki province . The Company has concluded its power purchase agreement on 2074/05/29 with Nepal Electricity Authority . Company received generation licensee on 2076/05/26 which is valid till 2111/05/25. The commercial operation from 2081 Baishak 06.
