Bishwa Shanti Chiran-Milan Campus (BSCMC) is a non-profit making community campus established with the objective of providing quality education at affordable fee. The campus affiliated with TU offers Bachelor Level Programs in Management and Humanities and Social Sciences since its inception.

The vision of BSCMC is to establish a model educational institution that provides an academic environment for promoting integrated development of students, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and values necessary to succeed in their chosen fields and contribute positively to society.

To achieve its vision, Bishwa Shanti Chiran-Milan Campus gives priority to well-equipped physical infrastructures, ensuring effective management with good governance and facilitating the participation of stakeholders in planning, formulation, and implementation of plans and policies.

The goals of BSCMC are:

2. Promoting the participation of stakeholders in the mobilization of local means and resources.
