Century Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a company registered at the Office of the Company Registrar on the 31st of Shrawan, 2068 B.S. (approximately mid-August 2011 A.D.) to construct and operate a small hydropower project on the Hadikhola river, which flows through Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-1 and Bahrabise Municipality-1 and 2 in Sindhupalchok District. The company has constructed a 997-kilowatt project on the Hadikhola river, which has been in regular operation for the past four years. Currently in its 12th year of operation, the company has 86 shareholders. The board of directors elected in the last general assembly consists of Dr. Krishna Prasad Dulal, Mr. Tirtha Kumar Singh, Mr. Khadka Bahadur Shrestha, Mrs. Anu Niraula Basnet, and Mr. Vishwo Prakash Gautam. On the 21st of Ashadh, 2080 B.S. (approximately early July 2023 A.D.), the company transitioned to a limited company.

Century Energy Ltd. is planning to grow her business on other sectors. The priority sectors are Agricultural farm, production and processing of Agro products, Mineral water, Animal farming etc.

Feasibility Studies & Engineering

Century Energy Ltd. Is conducting feasibility studies, Review studies, Due-diligence studies and detailed design for Hydropower, Transmission line, Solar power etc. Also company is engaged  on IEE and EIA studies of energy projects.

Exploring of New Projects

Century Energy Ltd. is planning to invest and develop another couple of projects on coming 5 years. So the company has exploring new renewable projects ie Hydropower up to 25 MW capacity, Solar projects with 10 MW capacity, Wind projects.
