he Community Rural Development Society Nepal (CRDS Nepal) stands as a non-governmental, not-for-profit social development organization. It was initially founded in 1992 by a group of social workers with the specific objective of operating a secondary school in the then Dadankot VDC. Over time, CRDS Nepal has evolved into one of the rapidly advancing NGOs in the Darchula District and Sudurpashchim province. The organization has achieved this status through the implementation of diverse development programs that span across different geographical areas and populations within Nepal.

CRDS Nepal, established in 1992 in Darchula District, operates as a non-governmental, not-for-profit social development organization. Our primary mission revolves around improving the quality of life for rural families, with a particular focus on women, children, and the impoverished. We understand the significance of taking an integrated approach to development. Consequently, our initiatives are characterized by diversity, covering a range of geographical areas and populations to address the multifaceted challenges faced by communities in Nepal.

    Facilitate the agency building of marginalized, poor, and vulnerable communities for the transformative change that enables them to exercise and enjoy the fundamental rights (education, health, Livelihoods and Humanitarian needs) and services and be catalyst for increasing accountability to improve the effectiveness of duty and development of prosperous and equitable society which have social justice as a foundation.

     


     

    Goal

    Promote and increase the access to Quality & Life Skill Education, Quality and Accessible Health System, Climate Responsive Development & Humanitarian Actions and Equitable and Inclusive NRM & Livelihoods of the Primary Groups to enable them to the improved services and entitlement to rights.
