Elite Stock House has already been registered as a limited liability Company under the company registrar office with company Registration number 300458/079/080 dated 2079.06.14 and having the registration with Inland Revenue Office with Pan Number 610380718 dated 2079.06.26. The Company will operate under the Company Act 2063 and Securities Act 2063. Company also granted certificate from SEBON with license number 58 dated 2080.02.23 for conducting limited Stock exchange broker transaction. It will start its service after getting approval from Nepal Stock Exchange Limited.  The main objectives and functions of the ESH are to function as stock broker as dearly mentioned in its Memorandum and Articles of Associations.
