Gorkhali Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited is a primary-level, single-purpose cooperative working in the field of savings and credit services. Established on 2069 Falgun 1st , the organization was inspired by the principles of international credit unions to promote financial discipline, self-reliance, and community development through member participation.

Founded by a group of committed individuals with a vision for economic empowerment and social transformation, Gorkhali began with small member contributions and a shared dream of prosperity. Since its registration, the cooperative has focused on collecting savings from its members, offering attractive interest rates, and providing loans at convenient and fair rates to support personal and entrepreneurial growth.

As of now, Gorkhali proudly serves a total of 1,023 members, including 523 male and 497 female participants, reflecting its inclusive approach to financial empowerment and community upliftment.
