Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC), initially founded as a private limited entity on 11th Asar 2065, was established with the objective of developing, constructing, and managing hydropower projects within Nepal. Subsequently, the company transitioned to a public limited company in 2006 AD and successfully listed itself in 2074 B.S.
