Its objective is to facilitate capital formation and provide advisory services. Himalayan Investment Banker Ltd. (HIBL) is a subsidiary of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited. This company obtained a license to operate as a "Merchant Banker" from SEBON on 2081/07/08. Himalayan Life Insurance was established through the merger of three former life insurance companies: Prime Life Insurance Limited, Gurans Life Insurance Limited, and Union Life Insurance.
