Lalitpur District Savings and Credit Cooperative Association Ltd. is the district-level umbrella organization of savings and credit cooperatives in Lalitpur district, established on 30 Asoj 2050 BS as per the Cooperative Act 2048 BS. 526 primary organizations have been affiliated to this association. Since its establishment, this association has been conducting various types of services such as training, education, seminars, mutual investment and other programs for the development and promotion of member organizations. Out of the 569 savings and credit cooperatives registered in Lalitpur district, a total of 526 savings and credit cooperatives, including 39 women-run cooperatives and 487 other savings and credit cooperatives, have joined the association.
