Established in 2009, Liberty College is under the corporate ownership of Professional Educators Limited (Pro-Ed). Founded in 2004, Pro-Ed Limited is a publicly incorporated company of a group of scholars, educators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and scholarly communities of high social recognition. The company is governed by the board of directors (BoDs). Pro-Ed Limited is the holding company of Liberty College (POU affiliated) among more than half a dozen of the academic institutions including Valley View English School, Global College of Management (TU affiliated) Global College of Management (under NEB), Global School of Science (NEB), Global College of Social Science and Technology (GCSST), Uniglobe SS/ College (NEB), Uniglobe School-Kamaladi. Each institution under Pro-Ed Limited delivers education in Science, Business, Hospitality, Information-Technology (IT), and Law education. Schools under Pro-Ed Limited are the feeders for higher education programs delivered to the service of new generations with premium quality standards.
