• Construction of preliminary infrastructures including roads and electricity for the development of clean energy.

• To implement the environmental impact minimization programs in the area of impact of projects.

• To assist in the uplifting of social and economic status of the local people of project area.

• To provide direct and indirect investment opportunity to the local people and prospective investors.
