In the year 2063 BS, 15 acres of land was purchased in the name of the organization. V.S. The building was inaugurated on 30th Ashwin 2066 BS and completed in 2069 BS and brought the office into operation from its own building.Also, on 28th January, 2076, Savik Lumwini Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd. Sunwal 12 and Sunwal Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. Sunwal 4 has been merged and now Lumbini Sunwal Savings and Loan Cooperative Society is Sunwal 12. However, 15 employees are working.

The organization has been made technology friendly by formulating necessary policies and procedures during its operation. A strategic business plan has been prepared for the development of business thinking of leadership and management by making all the parties affiliated to the organization responsible.
