Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (MSLB) is a national-level “D” class microfinance institution incorporated under the Company Act 2063. It has an authorized capital of NPR 400 million, with an issued capital of NPR 369.92 million and a paid-up capital of NPR 369.92 million.
Mahuli Laghubitta aims to empower rural women by integrating all social classes into a unified financial platform, providing funds to scale small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Nepal. Originating from the Mahuli Community Development Center (MCDC), which began financial activities 25 years ago, MLBSL has grown into a trusted institution known for customer confidence, easy access to rural finance, collaborative projects, and social development participation.
With a strong focus on client protection and addressing financial needs at the grassroots level, MLBSL delivers comprehensive services through its widespread outreach. Its commitment to compliance, monitoring, supervision, business expansion strategies, and contingency planning has positioned it as a next-generation microfinance institution.
