Muktinath Capital Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Nepal (Registration No: 1212/066/067) with the Office of Company Registrar as on May 27, 2010 and received license from the securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on July 27, 2010. Registered office of the company is at Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu. The Company is a subsidiary of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited. The company was initially named ‘Vibor Capital Limited’ which was changed to ‘Muktinath Capital Limited’ after Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited purchased the majority stake of the Company.
