To ensure the highest standards, we have built a strong ecosystem through our three sister companies. Aburi Multi Cuisine, our premium Japanese restaurant in Nepal, trains candidates in hospitality under real-world conditions. Our Japanese educational consultancy provides free language training to all our students and workers, empowering them to integrate smoothly into Japanese society. And through Pika Pika Motors, our automobile training division, we equip workers with hands-on mechanical and repair skills tailored to Japan’s automotive sector.

We aim to prepare candidates for overseas careers in sectors such as the automobile industry, hospitality and restaurant services, and caregiving. By offering job-specific training and Japanese language preparation, we ensure our workers are well-equipped to adapt and excel.

From pre-departure orientation to post-arrival support, we guide our candidates through every step helping them integrate into Japanese society, understand workplace culture, and build meaningful careers abroad.
