Introduction

Nepal APF Thakodevi Jogendra Bhagat School is located in Sambhunath Municipality, Ward No. 11,Saptari District. It was established on 2077 B.S. as a residential school aimed at providing quality

 

education to the children of APF staff and mostly the public of Terai region. The school is a nonprofit organization run by Nepal Armed police force welfare fund.  The school is approximately 15 km North of the district headquarters Rajbiraj and about 5 km South of Mahendra Highway. The school is currently running classes from Grade IV to Grade VIII and expects to upgrade up to grade 12 in coming future. From its inception, the school is committed to the holistic development of every student, keeping the motto “Education for Human Excellence” at the center, envisioning to develop every child into responsible and accomplished individuals, impacting the community and beyond.

Admission Process

Our School takes new enrollment every year in Grade IV and V. The admissions open in end of the month of Falgun. The admission seeking candidates have to successfully undergo the Written Test, Interview and Medical Examination before admission. The School enrolls 60% of the students from the families of APF personnel (both serving and former) and 40% from the civilians’ families in admitting students in Grade IV and V.

 

Scholarships

  • Provided to those students who rank first in the class (IV to VIII).
  • Provides certificate and awards for the First, Second and Third ranking students of each class.
  • Has been providing scholarship to one student appointed by the land owner every year.
