The Company has been registered with Company Registrar’s Office (Regn. No. 112405/69/070) on 2070.01.26 and has obtained PAN from IRD on 2070.11.06 (PAN 601804689). The company has been converted from Private Limited to Public Limited on 14th day of July, 2023 (2080-03-29) pursuant to sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Companies Act,2006 with registration no 315210/79/080. The Company is engaged in construction of hydropower, generation and transmission of electricity.
Currently the Company is engaged in the Construction of Mathillo Bhurundi A Hydropower Project 9 MW at Bhurundi Khola, Annapurna Gaupalika, Kaski and Mahabir Khola Modi Gaupalika, Parbat.
