RBB Merchant Banking Limited (RBBMBL) was incorporated as per the Company Act, 2063 in January 29, 2016 and was granted Merchant Banking operating license (As per the Merchant Banker Regulation 2064) by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) in June 11, 2017. Our parent company, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is one of the pioneers solely government undertaking enterprises, Commercial Bank which has more than half a century serving history in the country. Earlier, the RBBL established under the special Rastriya Banijya (National Commercial) Bank Act 2021. Now, the RBBL has been running under Bank and Financial Institution Related Act (BAFIA) 2073 and Company Act 2063. The Bank is licensed by NRB as an 'A' class commercial Bank of the country and has grown up as an indispensable component of the Nepalese economy.
