Saidi Power Public Limited Company was established on 26 July 2006 (2063/04/26) under the laws of the Government of Nepal. It was later converted into a Public Limited Company on 26 June 2024 (2081/03/12). The company’s proponents, funded by local resources and Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs), comprise individuals from various multidisciplinary sectors with an interest in hydropower development.
