Shahid Smarak College, the first Community college of Kirtipur, has been imparting quality education to the students of more than 68 districts of Nepal for 25 long years in reasonable fees. It is named to pay tribute and immortalize  the contribution of the martyrs who sacrificed their  precious lives for a full-fledged democracy in nepal  in 2046 BS.  On the way to extend its academic arena, the college has become successful in introducing social work in BA form the academic session 2070/71 BS.
