Established in 2048 B.S., Siddhartha Gautam Buddha Campus (SGBC) was founded by visionary social activists and academicians to provide quality in higher education at an affordable cost. Located in Butwal Metropolitan City, Rupandehi, the campus has grown into a leading community institution in Lumbini Province, offering Bachelor's and Master's programs in Education and Management. SGBC has continuously strengthened its ICT-enabled teaching-learning environment and is steadily emerging as a centre for research and innovation, promoting academic excellence, community  engagement, and student success.

Dedicated to continuous quality enhancement, SGBC received Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2075 B.S. and is currently undergoing its second accreditation cycle.
