Vision Technical Training Institute is our wholly owned subsidiary established in 1996 to provide high quality industry specific skills training to Nepalese looking for an employment opportunity overseas .VTTI employs experienced trainers with prior experience in Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, & Indian Technical Institute and offers module based programs in civil, electrical & plumbing, mechanical & fabrication, and housekeeping. The center is also capable of conducting regular courses, on contractual basis, in accordance with the Center of Technical & Vocational Training.

• Pre-departure Orientation: We have been providing pre-departure orientation to the workers prior to their departure and provide a thorough awareness regarding the working hours, duties and responsibilities, salary and allowance, country and company overview, departure and arrival process, airport system and several rules and regulations. The main objective of our pre-departure training is to provide the workers with support to deal with the cultural, professional, social and  personal challenges they would confront in the destination country.

• Medical Center: Diagnostic service is a key component of the recruitment industry. Vision Medical Center is a fully licensed and wholly owned subsidiary of SOS Manpower Service facility offering a wide range of diagnostic services. The facility is located within our office premises in order to facilitate quick and reliable services to aspiring job seekers. The center is fully equipped with modern diagnostic apparatus including X-Ray machines, pathology lab (screening Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, pulmonary and respiratory infections etc). Our lab technicians and health assistants are trained and certified by regulatory bodies.
