Sulav Infra Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Kathmandu in November 2020 and holds a Class "A" construction license from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport — Nepal's highest contractor grade, required to bid on the country's largest public works.
We started in road construction and periodic maintenance for the Department of Roads and Kathmandu-valley municipalities. Within a year we'd taken on our first joint venture and our first private-sector client. That base has since extended into hydropower access infrastructure — excavation, gabion, and landslide clearance along powerhouse corridors — and into industrial construction, including structural steel and warehouse work for Unilever Nepal.
Many of our largest contracts run as joint ventures, where we've held anywhere from 25% to 55% share alongside partners like Uma Infra Builders, Durpana Nirman Sewa, and Dhami Construction — work that shows up on record with the Department of Roads and Office of the Company Registrar. Five years in, we've moved from single-ward municipal contracts to national-highway maintenance and 20+ MW hydropower access roads, without ever leaving our original road-construction base behind.
Our stated vision is to support Nepal's infrastructural development and to lead within our field by valuing innovation and resourcefulness; our mission is to win work at competitive pricing while keeping site conditions safe and delivering quality within a reasonable time frame — the same standard we hold whether the employer is a rural municipality or a multinational factory.
