Sundarbazar Municipality is located in Lamjung district of Gandaki province. Sundarbazar Municipality was formed by merging the villages of Bhoteodar, Sundarbazar, Tarku, Parewadanda, Kunchha, Chandreshwor, Duradanda, Dhruseni and Sindure under Lamjung district. The total population of this municipality, which has an area of ​​72.03 sq km, is 26864 (Census 2068). Previously, Sundarbazar Municipality consisted of Bhoteodar, Sundarbazar, Tarku, Parewadanda and Kunchha, but now four more villages have been merged to form Sundarbazar Municipality in 2073.
