Surya Nepal Private Limited (SNPL) is an Indo-Nepal-UK joint venture which started operations in Nepal in 1986. It is one of the largest private sector enterprises in Nepal. It is also a subsidiary of ITC Limited, India, with the remaining shares held by Nepali Investors and the British American Tobacco (Investment) Limited UK.
