Realizing the unemployment problem of the country, a vocational training center was established in Biratnagar in 2016 with the aim of solving the unemployment problem of the country by producing skilled manpower and making a concrete contribution to poverty reduction by replacing foreign workers. The skilled manpower produced by the training center established in Biratnagar was successful in replacing foreign workers to some extent. Similarly, another vocational training center was established in Makawanpur, Hetauda in 2033 BS. Similarly, a hairdressing training center was established in Kathmandu in 2034 BS.
