Auction location, date and time:

a) Location: Inland Revenue Office, Butwal.

b) Date: 2082/09/16.

c) Time: After 4.00 pm.

3. The auction will start at the minimum auction sale price set by the auction office.

8. Before bidding, a cash deposit of Rs. 19,400/-, which is 5% of the minimum price excluding VAT, of Rs. 3,87,390/- (in words Rs. three lakh eighty seven thousand three hundred ninety only) will be required to be placed before the auction. In addition, additional VAT will be charged on the minimum amount.

5. Each time the person/firm wishing to bid increases the bid, they will have to pay a cash deposit of five percent of the additional price in the same proportion.

Anyone wishing to view the property and goods to be auctioned can contact the office's commodity branch during office hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The property and goods accepted for auction must be picked up within 7 days of the agreement, and the vehicle must be returned.

The vehicle will have to be dismantled.

If the day of the auction falls on a public holiday, the auction will be held at the designated location on the next day after the office is open.

And the auction will increase in time.
