Important notice from Education Training Center, Dhulikhel for teachers within Bagmati Province who have completed Teacher Professional Development (TPD) training/one-month certification training.

Teachers as per the schedule who have not received their certificates by the date of publication of this notice after completing the 1-month Teacher Professional Development (TPD) training (M1, M2 and M3 modules in 3 phases or P1 and P2 phases in 2 phases or 15 days based on the training center and 15 days based on the project) conducted at various dates and times as per the annual program of the Education Training Center, Dhulikhel, are requested to do the following by the middle of Shrawan 2083.

1) Teachers who have completed the training equivalent to 30 working days, including M1, M2 and M3 modules in 3 phases or P1 and P2 in 2 phases or 15 days based on the training center and 15 days based on the project, and have been coded by the Education and Human Resource Development Center (the details of the teachers who have been coded are mentioned in the records section on the Education Training Center Dhulikhel website etc.mosd.bagamati.gov.np) should obtain a certificate from the Education Training Center Dhulikhel.

2) Teachers who have completed training equivalent to 30 working days in total, including M1, M2 and M3 modules in 3 phases or P1 and P2 in 2 phases or 15 days based on the training center and 15 days based on the project, but have not been coded (whose names are not in the records section on the Education Training Center's website), should submit an application to the Education Training Center, Dhulikhel along with proof of completion of training to send details for coding to the Education and Human Resource Development Center, Sanothimi.

This notice also informs that if a teacher claims to have completed the M1, M2, and M3 modules in 3 phases or P1 and P2 phases in 2 phases, but does not mention the details of the completion of the training in the record book of the Education Training Center Dhulikhel, a certificate cannot be provided.

In the case of both points 1 and 2 above, a copy of the citizenship certificate and appointment letter and 2 passport-sized photographs of the concerned person should be brought. aa
