Notice regarding application for Muktinath Bikas Bank's Excellence Scholarship

Muktinath Development Bank has been providing scholarships to students studying in grades 11 and 12 under the Muktinath Excellence Scholarship for the past few years. This year, the bank has announced that it will provide Muktinath Excellence Scholarship to 1/1 students from low-income, disadvantaged and backward families residing permanently in the local level (sub-metropolitan municipalities, municipalities and rural municipalities) from each of the bank's branches operating in places other than Kathmandu Valley and the Metropolitan City to study at the secondary level (grade 11) after passing the S.E. exam. This notice has been published to inform interested students to apply to the branch office of this bank operating in their respective local levels.

The scholarship covers the tuition fees and educational materials per student.

Scholarship amount up to Rs. 15,000 will be provided.

1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of the location where the branch is located.

2. The applicant must be from a low-income, poor, or disadvantaged family.

3. The applicant must study at a higher secondary educational institution within the district of his/her permanent address, but may study any subject/faculty.

5. The applicant must submit a recommendation from the educational institution where the applicant is enrolled or studying.

6. The applicant must be a full-time student.

7. If there are more applicants than the specified number, the bank's branch manager will select the candidates from the poorest, most disadvantaged and backward families among the applicants in coordination with the local level. The bank may also interview the applicants or their family members.

8. The scholarship will be effective from the date of admission to the educational institution.

9. The applicant must not currently be receiving any other scholarship.

10. The application form will be available free of charge from the bank's branch office.

S. E. E. Marksheet and character certificate.
