This office has published a notice of invitation to bids published in the Nepal Samacharpatra National Daily dated 14/12/2081, and while evaluating the bids received for registration, the bid as per the details has been found to be substantially effective as the lowest evaluated bid and has been recommended for acceptance by the Evaluation Committee. Accordingly, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the same Act and Sub-section (2) of Regulation 80 (b) and Regulation 106 of the Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. Financial Administration Regulations 2064, this notice has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders.
