This is to inform all concerned that the bids submitted by the bidders mentioned below for the construction work as per the notice regarding the invitation to bid published in the Sajakura National Daily dated 31.12.2081 have been duly registered by the Evaluation Committee as per the notice regarding the invitation to bid published in the Sajakura National Daily dated 31.12.2081. The bid submitted by the bidder mentioned below for the construction work as per the details has been found to be substantially responsive with the lowest evaluated bid. Accordingly, action has been taken as per Section 27 (01) of the Public Procurement (First Amendment) Act, 2063 and a notice of intention to accept the bid has been issued for the purpose of Section 27 (02).
