As per the notice first published on 01/07/2082 for the submission of electronic bids for the purchase of sanitary pads under Bannigadhi Jayagarh Rural Municipality, the bid invitation document of the bids submitted through EGP on various dates, the evaluation done by the evaluation committee as per Rule 147 (1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, (as amended) 2064 and its report, the bid of the bidder with the lowest evaluated bid has been selected for acceptance as substantially effective. Therefore, for the purpose of Section 27 of Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, it has been informed that the bid of the bidder with the lowest evaluated bid has been accepted. If no application as per Section 47 of the Act is registered with this office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, the procurement process will be carried out through the construction entrepreneur mentioned below, a notice of intent has been published for the information of all concerned.
