The Office of the Belbari Municipality Municipal Executive, through the notice regarding the invitation to tender published for the first time in a national daily newspaper on 2082.03.22, has published a notice of intent to accept the tender as the tender as per the specifications that has offered the lowest bid and has appeared to be substantially effective among the tenders submitted for the contract. Therefore, for the purposes of Section 27(2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Section 47 of the same Act, a notice of intent to accept has been published for the information of all the tenderers participating in the tender.
