While evaluating the sealed bids received as per the notice published in the national daily newspaper dated 2082/04/22 by the Office of Bhojpur Municipality, Bhojpur, it was found that the sealed bid as per the lowest evaluated schedule was substantially effective. Accordingly, a notice of intent to accept the sealed bids has been published for the information of all the concerned sealed bidders in accordance with Sub-section 2 (1) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
