According to the notice published for the second time by this municipality in the Rajdhani Daily newspaper dated 31/12/2081, out of the sealed bids received, the sealed bid as per the details has been accepted as the lowest evaluated bid and has been accepted as per Sub-section 5 of Section 40 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Sub-rule 10 of Rule 84 of the A. Rules. Therefore, this notice is published in the context of the provisions of Sub-rules (10), (11) and (12) of the A. Rules for the information of all concerned.
