As per the notice of invitation of sealed bids for the purchase of free medicines for basic and emergency health services published by this municipality on 2082/02/11, the sealed bids, which were duly registered and opened, were selected by the evaluation committee of this municipality on the basis of technical and financial proposals and as per the recommendation of the evaluation committee dated 2082/02/29 and the decision of this municipality dated 2082/02/30, the detailed bids have been selected for acceptance. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
