Notice of Intent to Accept Proposal

In the notice published on 11/01/2081 by the Central Water Supply Project under the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage Management, it has been decided to select the proposal of the detailed proposer for acceptance as recommended by the Evaluation Committee after evaluating the technical and financial aspects of the proposals of the consultancy service providers shortlisted for the preparation of the Detailed Engineering Study Report (DPR) of various projects and for the purpose of Section 47 of the same Act, as per the rules of the evaluation committee of the proposals received within the time limit. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Sub-section 2 of Section 38 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and for the purpose of Section 47 of the same Act.
