Notice of Intention to Accept Bid

According to the notice of invitation of bids published in the transaction of this office dated 2081-12-08 in the National Daily Newspaper and also in PPMO's E-Procurement Portal, the bids submitted by the below mentioned bidders for the construction work as per the schedule were evaluated by the evaluation committee of the bids that were registered within the deadline, and therefore the public procurement act 2063 section of the Public Procurement Act 2063 has been evaluated as the minimum. According to 27(2) and ITB 39.1, notice of intention to accept the tender submitted by him has been published. Bidders who wish to object to this notice must submit an application to this office in accordance with Section 47 of the Act, otherwise all concerned will be informed that the procurement process will be continued as per Section 27.
