As per the notice regarding the invitation to bid published on 2081/12/08 for the supply, delivery and installation of Rack Server-Type I and Type II required by this department, the bid of the following bidder, which was successful in the evaluation of the technical and financial proposals of the bids received through the e-GP system as per the rules, has been selected for acceptance as the lowest evaluated bid, substantially responsive and effective in accordance with Section 27(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063. Therefore, this notice has been published for the purposes of Section (27) Sub-section (2) and Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
