Notice regarding selection of proposals for security guards through lottery

Under this Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project, a security service supply (Security) proposal (Contract No: RJKIP/SS/NCB-04/2081-82) was invited on 16/02/2082 for the provision of security services within the premises of the Hydropower Station located at Katase, Kailali. Out of the 15 proposals duly registered through E-bid, the bid amount of the 9 successful bidders as per the details was the minimum and equal. Therefore, a lowest rated bidder will be selected from among the 9 bidders through a lottery in the presence of the bidder's representative and the members of the Bid Evaluation Committee and the lottery will be held on 18/05/2082 at 1:00 PM at Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project, Tikapur, Kailali. The concerned bidder or his authorized representative are requested to be present compulsorily.

If the proposer or his/her representative is not present during the balloting process, the proposer will not be allowed to participate in the balloting process.

The bidder or his/her representative present at the auction must bring along his/her identity card and an official letter from his/her firm or company participating in the auction.

The method and procedure of the lottery will be as determined by the project.

If any dispute arises regarding the lottery, the decision of the project will be final.
