Regarding the letter of intent to accept the bid

A.V. of this directorate. In accordance with the approved annual program of 2081/082, for the supply of the said goods under the "Fire control materials, equipment and goods procurement and distribution" program, the interested industries or official vendors or suppliers or firms authorized by the Government of Nepal to supply under the conditions mentioned in the notice, to be registered for the first time in the Sourya Rashtriya Dainik Patrika dated 2081.11.07, within the date and time specified in the notice. The three bids received were duly opened on 2081.12.10. When evaluating the technical and commercial aspects of the bids, the bids submitted by all the three suppliers were essentially effective. In addition, when evaluating the economic aspects of the said bids, the bid submitted on behalf of Everest Safety and Technology Pvt. 26,47,249.00 has been accepted and as per Section 27(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2063, the lowest evaluated tender has been selected as per the decision dated 2082.01.07 for the purpose of Section 27 (2) and 27 (3) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 for the information of all concerned.
