According to the public notice published in the daily national newspaper of the health directorate of Lumbini province on the date of 2082.01.22, among the bids duly registered in this office within the time limit by means of the sealed bid procurement system, the minimum valued bid of the bid mentioned in the schedule was found to be effective and selected for approval in accordance with subsection (1) of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, section 27(2) and section 27(2) of the same Act.
