In the present matter, for the Request for Proposal (RFP No: IDD/SKT/CS/RFP/PTAP-01-081/082) submitted by this directorate for the purchase of Provincial Technical Service Provider (PTAP), among the total of 5 (five) bidders, according to clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the selected bidder who obtained the most points in the combined evaluation of the technical proposal and financial proposal and thus selected A. with the proposer. As an agreement has been reached in the negotiations according to Section 37 of the Act, for the purposes of Sub-section (2) and (3) of Section 38 of the same Act, a notice of intention to accept the proposal of the detailed proposer has been published for the information of all concerned proposers.
