In accordance with the e-tender invitation notice published in the Himalaya Times National Daily dated 2081.12.22 of this office, Niva construction services are evaluated for the various aspects specified by the prevailing laws and regulations for the procurement of existing Barrack Block Floor Extension and Septic Tank/Soak pit construction works at District Police Office, Panchthar (IFB no. NCB/W/DPOPANCHTHAR/2081-082/01) & Suppliers Pvt. Lee. Fidim-09, Panchthar submitted M.A. tax and PS including Rs. Since the bid of 39,51,441/29 was considered to be the lowest evaluated and substantially effective, the bid of that company was selected for acceptance, and for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (including amendments), this notice is published for the information of all concerned.
