According to the e-tender notice published in the Himalaya Times National Daily dated 2081.12.08 of this office, S&S Construction, while evaluating the various aspects specified by the prevailing laws and regulations for the sealed bids that have fallen within the deadline for the purchase of Construction of Office cum Barrack Building Upto GF Slab at Police Post, Siddhapokhari (IFB no. NCB/W/PPOSIDDHAPOKHARI/2081-082/01) & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Budhiganga-01, Morang submitted M.A. tax and PS including Rs. Since the tender of 45,50,731/40 was considered to be the lowest valued and substantially effective, this notice is published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (including amendments) as the company's bid has been selected for acceptance.
