Notice of Intention to Accept Sealed Bill

SQ NO OF THIS OFFICE. DFOP/SQ/WORKS/2081/082/01 dated 2081/12/25 in accordance with the notification published in Prabhak Daily newspaper, during the evaluation by the evaluation committee of the sealed bids submitted through E-bidding, since the minimum evaluated basic value of the sealed bid bidder was found to be effective, the public procurement regulation was selected for approval under Section 40 of Section 5 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063. According to sub-rule 10 of rule 84 of 2064, there is a request for the information of all the related seal bond bearers.
