This is to notify all the concerned Bidders pursuant to ITB 39.1 of the bidding document and Clause 27(2) of Public Procurement Act, 2063 that the bid submitted by Agni Incorporated Pvt. Ltd, Pani Pokhari Kathmandu, has been determined to be substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid and it is our intention to accept the bid of Agni Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. with price bid of NRS 79,867,25.66 (Excluding VAT).
